Always a broad selection of product. Rarely have I been disappointed with my choice, but it can & will happen. Been here over 3 years, so something must be right! Very prompt shipping (when we have postal service).

This is my favorite online shop they are my go to for my orders every time. My orders have always arrived in a timely manor and always quality products.

I have contacted customer service a few times with questions/concerns and each time I have contacted them I have received a quick reply and pretty much immediate satisfactory resolution. They are prompt, polite and very knowledgeable !

Product has been consistently great ( I generally order the $$$$ flower and it has always been a great texture and flavour.

Vape pens in my opinion have been great, I only had one that plugged up and I wasn’t able to use the last bit in it. That’s great as far as I’m concerned, considering I have purchased many !

I am a regular customer or was but emailed about an issue I had with the 3 gram vape that cost me $89 that never worked even sent pictures of the product and never even got a response back poor customer service.

This site was a very good bang for your buck maybe a year ago. But over time the price stayed around the same but the quality has gone down so much. From the way they package it on top of the cheap dried out shake filled bags. by the time I get to smoke it is just not good at all unlike how it used to be

Overall I am happy to be able to order conveniently online, and SB has been quite good, I’ve had very few issues with any products, and never a mangled order. Shipping policy & speed is excellent.. However, as some others have noted, I too have gotten some rather unappetizing products on occasion, in the weed department, including both the AA and the AAA sections. Sometimes, although it usually smokes OK, the weed smells like hay or yard-grass. Sometimes it gets better after being in a jar a few weeks, sometimes not. I’m still ordering from here, for the convenience and variety, but am more wary of the stuff on sale, regardless of category unfortunately.

I have enjoyed 90 % of the products I have received in the first year of being a customer.

the last 10% has been due to common issues with vape pens and the occassional seed found. But when these issues arised, I contacted them and they apologized and provided discounts that matched the cost as reimbursement. They attended my concerns within 24 hours. I look forward to continue to source my green through them.

Simply budz has been my main supplier for probably three years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Product is delivered fast. Prices are AMAZING, almost as amazing as the staff; I have been contacted making sure I am satisfied with my purchases. I will always come here first.

I will say- I have had a few OZs with seeds, but they were sold at $39…. So I cannot and will not complain.

Great site, lots of variety for edibles. A little something for everyone. I can’t imagine having the stronger gummies though. I have 1/4 or 1/2 at most of a 20 mg gummy at a time!

Suggestion – remove all the BS Reviews that are cluttering up your website.

Hey Jeff, hope you get this and it helps.. Press the button 5 times quickly, it should then flash red 5 times, meaning it is in and ready. You can leave it on (saves battery, less flashing light) or turn it off with 5 more presses. Mine worked fine out of the box, hope you didn’t get a dud.

SB will remain my #1 source until/unless someone shoves a different place in front of me, staples me to the keyboard, and makes me shop elsewhere. So we all know what kind of sister this is….I was “into the product”and decided I needed to restock. Somehow (I was having it shipped to a different address) not only the shipping address change so did my billing address. After placing the order the trip dates changed and I wanted to see if I could do something. Logged in and saw that the order was “processing ” probably due to the bad address. I got on the live chat with Amy who fixed my issue within 3 minutes. Smoking

I have been using simplybudz for a year now. My friend in Alberta recommended it to me. It has been the only site I have ever used for ordering. I like the price, I love the sales and the delivery times are great! Maybe once or twice I ended up waiting an extra day or two but I’ll blame that on Canada Post. I lived in Alberta for 22 years and have been in Ontario now for 10 years. I sure missed living next door to BC but now I don’t have to anymore!
